Visit pryze.ai/join and register with your email. Explorer and Foundation tiers (ages 4-13) are permanently free with no credit card required.
How long does it take to get a response to my support ticket?
Standard tickets receive a response within 4 hours during business hours. Urgent tickets are prioritized to 1 hour.
Is PRYZE™ free for HBCU coaches?
HBCU institutions receive a permanent 50% discount on all coach tiers. This is not promotional — it never expires.
How does the GO/NO-GO Academic Fit verdict work?
You enter sport, division, GPA, and optional SAT/ACT. PRYZE's Academic Fit Engine returns a GO (strong fit), CONDITIONAL (possible with caveats), or NO-GO (academic floor not met) verdict with specific reasoning.
Can coaches see athlete profiles before launch?
Founding Partner institutions (Howard University, Largo High School, Saint James Performance Academy, Playmakers Elite) have early access. Full coach access opens June 3, 2026.
What is a Plank Owner?
A Plank Owner is one of the first 1,000 athletes to register on PRYZE™. Plank Owners get permanent founding member status and special recognition. One school wins if 15% of their roster registers.
Does PRYZE™ collect data from students under 13?
No. COPPA protections are strictly enforced. Under-13 athletes require verified parental consent before any data is collected. Explorer and Foundation tiers for minors are parent-guided.
How do I access the transfer portal feature?
Transfer portal features are available on the Commit tier ($49.99/month), designed for college athletes considering transfers.
